PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES

 

I. General Information

 

• This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which personal data, as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act, is obtained, processed, and secured, based on Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) OJ L 119/1, 4 May 2016.

• The owner of the website re-part.com.pl and the data controller is Re-Part Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Rembertów, ul. Spokojna 5, tax identification number (NIP) 5252613414, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland.

 

II. Personal Data

 

• The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.

• Personal data is collected when filling out the newsletter subscription form and when placing an order in the online store.

• Personal data is used solely for the purpose of sending newsletters and fulfilling orders, provided that consent has been given.

• The content of the website can be viewed without providing any personal data.

• Any individual who has provided their personal data has the right to access its content and the possibility to correct, update, supplement it, as well as to request the cessation of personal data processing and to object to the processing of personal data. • The personal data acquired by the data controller is stored, processed, and protected in accordance with applicable laws. The collection of personal data has been reported to the Office for Personal Data Protection (uodo.gov.pl).

• The data controller protects the collected personal data using the following measures:
