1. The EGR valve may not have sings of dismantling and must be marked with legible numbers from the identification plate.
2. The housing may not be deformed, cracked or have broken parts.
3. The actuator and electric motor must be screwed on the EGR valve.
1. The external housing, assembling brackets and bolt holes may not be cracked or deformed.
2. Movable mechanisms (shaft) may not be seized/blocked.
3. The splines teeth may not be damaged or sheared.
4. The gear may not be strongly corroded (structure stability disturbance).
5. The cables may not be bent or removed.
6. Steering gears from all cars not older than 2005.
1. External casing, body mounting brackets or bolt openings, valve cover must not be cracked or deformed.
2. Electrical connections must not be damaged.
3. Splined teeth, threaded holes and steering rods must not be damaged or beheaded.
4. The transmission must not be heavily corroded (disturbance of the stability of the structure).
